Mobile Phone Reviews

With the staggering range of mobile phone available it can be quite a daunting task to choose a new handset based on the specifications printed in various magazines. Add to this the mind boggling features that each phone can have and you can quickly see why many people can make the wrong decision about choosing the best mobile phone for them.

So I have decided to create a little guide of things that you should look for when buying a new handset so that you can get the best product that suits your needs.

First of all look at the main features of the phone, most phones these days have standard features that can be found on many handsets so they should be less of deciding factor. For example most phones have simple things like, MMS, SMS, various ring tone choices etc. If you are looking to do certain things like use your phone while travelling the United States, you will need to look at whether the handset is Quad band as the United States has a different type of network connectivity.

A vast proportion of phones come ready fitted with cameras, but you have to ask yourself if you really need this, and the same goes for purchasing a phone with video options.

Next I would advise looking at some of the technical specifications of the phones, for example, for me the most important things are features like the talk and standby time, as I am unable to charge my phone that often.

Many mobile phone review websites have large numbers of independent detailed reports including long descriptions of the phone features and can also mentions specific things the phone may be missing as well as the features the phone actually has.

I advise that before you buy a new phone that you not only look online but also go into shops live Carphone Warehouse as they are not tied to any one supplier.
